- Using the mega menu, navigate to "Forecast"
- Using the calendar function, select the week you wish to add the forecast figures to
Alkimii will always default to Today's date
- You will see the revenue dashboard view with all departments listed
- Enter the figures into the blank fields with the blue lines
The fields in grey calculate automatically based on data entered into the blank line items.
Different departments may have different data requirements including:
- Number of Covers
- Numbers of Rooms Sold
- Sales Channel Revenue Only
- Once you are happy with the forecast entries for your department, please click "Save department"
Please note that this is a working document which means multiple users can be updating their departments at the same time.
We would advise saving your data regularly as you go.
- A name, time and date stamp will appear when you click save department along the bottom.
