How to complete a Pack?

Mobile Onboarding Made Easy: Completing Your HR Pack Anytime, Anywhere

In the age of mobile technology, the world of onboarding has evolved, making the process easier and more accessible than ever. This article will guide you through the seamless experience of completing your HR Pack on your mobile device, which serves as an automated version of onboarding documents. It's a game-changer, allowing you to fill out essential forms, policy documents, and medical questionnaires via your mobile app. What's more, this feature can also be used to send out additional documents that may require your signature or confirmation. 


You will receive a notification via email to inform you that a pack is pending completion. This pack can be filled out either via web browser or via the mobile app.

Web 

  • Within Alkimii on web, navigate to your notifications in the top right of your screen and click on the notifcation requesting information.

If this is your first time using Alkimii you will need to set up your digital signature. On web, you will be prompted to sign your signature via the dotted line. This will then be used on all future documents as your digital signature.

  • Enter the required information. Please note that if a question has a astericks (*) beside it, this is mandatory and you will not be able to move forward until an answer has been entered.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the "Submit" button to progress through all sections of the pack. You may be required to upload documentation as part of the process so ensure that you have access to these documents on the desktop, if applicable. 
  • If the pack contains policy documents, contracts or informative letters you may not need to enter any information but you will need to digitally sign these documents to confirm they have been read and understood the information provided to you.  
  • Check the tickbox to confirm you have read and understood the document and then click the "Submit" button to proceed with the next section or to complete the pack.

  • Once the pack has been completed, your HR team will receive notification that this is now ready for their approval. If any information is missing or incorrect, your HR team can reissue a pack to get the correct details, so please keep this in mind. 

Mobile App 

  • Launch the Alkimii App 
  • Click on the notification bell and click on the notification to open the pack

  • Read through the pack description so you are aware of what information is required from you from HR

  • Use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to move through the pages.
  • Enter the required information. Please note that if a question has an asterisk (*) beside it, this is mandatory and you will not be able to move forward until an answer has been entered. 
  • You may be required to upload documentation as part of the process so ensure that you have access to these documents on the desktop, if applicable.
