Hotsoft Revenue Integration
This article will walk you through the process to complete in order to set up your Hotsoft revenue integration
To move forward with the Alkimii and Hotsoft revenue integration, we’ll need a few key details from you to ensure a smooth setup. Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Contact Us
Simply let our Alkimii Customer Success team know you’d like to get started, they’ll notify the relevant specialists and connect you with the team who will manage your integration setup.
Step 2: File Mapping
- Open Alkimii and navigate to Actual (under Revenue) https://apps.alkimii.com/revenue/channels/actual#/
- Within this view, along the top right, click "Export". Select any date range and download this export.
- Open the downloaded export. You will see an Excel file containing the Department/Channel, Alkimii ID and date range along the top.
- Remove the dates from the top row, and add a new heading for Sales Category alongside Alkimii ID.
ℹ️ Channel ID is the same as Alkimii ID

Now you will need to match the revenue channel names from Alkimii with those in HotSoft.
- In HotSoft, open Configuration > Accounts
- You'll be searching for the "Account Sales Category". This can be either a numberic or text-based code. We have provided examples of this below.

- Once the mapping is complete, send this file back to us.
After receiving these IDs from Hotsoft, we’ll move forward with testing the integration to ensure everything works seamlessly.
Step 3: GDPR & Legal
To support compliance and protect your data, you may be asked to sign GDPR documentation as part of the integration process. If this is required, our team will contact you directly with everything you need to proceed.
Step 4: Integration Go Live
Once your integration is successfully completed and fully tested, we’ll reach out promptly to let you know that everything is up and running.
