How to amend a Package within an Event?

This guide will help you make final amendments to your generic package before you save and apply it to an event.

Alkimii Events will allow you to amend a package within an event before you finalize and apply it. These amendments may be specific to an individual event 

Can I edit the Location?

  • If there are multiple locations to be added before the package is applied, search via the dropdown.
  • If the location is not in the dropdown, you can select another existing location using the +
    • Number of Guests 
    • Price
    • Required Setup (will display on Function Sheet) 
    • Start and End date/time of the location for that booking, if multiple locations are selected in the package you can select different times for each location.
    • Select your Event Category.
    • Click Add.

If the location is not available, you can create a NEW location. For help with this, click HERE. 

Can I edit the number of guests? 

  • Click the pencil icon

  • Enter the new amount and click confirm.

Can I edit the Room Hire Charges, Details Charges, and Note Types? 

  • For the above options, select "Add" on the bottom left-hand corner.

  • Click Create. 

REMINDER: If amendments are made to the generic package within the event, a price may appear on the Function Sheet for the additional items.
