      How to create Note Types?

      Alkimii Events give you the facility of setting up Notes for Events Packages.

      Note Type Titles are usually set up at a group level within the organisation. 

      • There is no limit on the number of Note Types. 

      If the Note Type is locked, the hotel will be unable to edit the Note Type but will be able to add a Note Type.

      • Add Note Type

        Note

      • Give your Note Type a Title. 
      • Add Comments.
      • There is an option to "Bulk Add" for multiple note types. To enable this, tick the box. 
      • This can be added when creating and building Event Packages.

      REMINDER: Note Types will appear on your Function Sheets and Combined Contracts.
