How to create Note Types?

❗️Note Type Titles are usually set up at a group level within the organisation. There is no limit on the number of Note Types.

If the Note Type is locked, the hotel will be unable to edit the Note Type but will be able to add a Note Type.

Navigate to the App Settings using the menu search bar.
From here, either scroll down to "Events >Note Types" or use the search bar at the top to search for "Note Types".

To add a new note type, click " Add Type" in the top right corner.
Give your Note Type a Title. Add Comments. There is an option to "Bulk Add" for multiple note types. To enable this, tick the box. This can be added when creating and building Event Packages.

REMINDER: Note Types will appear on your Function Sheets and Combined Contracts.
