How to create Packages?
Alkimii Events have made it possible to create your Packages and allocate the correct the Revenue Streams.
- Navigate to the App Settings using the menu search bar.
- From here, either scroll down to "Events >Package" or use the search bar at the top to search for "Package".
It is important to have all Add On's created, as these will be automatically generated when a package is created and applied. For help with Add On's, click HERE.
When you click to view your Packages you will see:
- A list of Package Names
- Notes
- Single Rate
- Inclusive (An overall price for the customer)
How to create the Event Package?
To create a new Package, click " Add Package " in the top right corner of this view.

For Day Delegate Rate (DDR) Packages, where you do not want customers to see a breakdown of the costs of the event, you can tick 'Inclusive'. This will only show one rate on the Function Sheets.
How to build out the Event Package with key details?
Once you have saved the package, you will be directed to the building page. Here you can build your generic package.

It is not compulsory to pick locations on packages as the Locations can be different each time you apply the package.

The setup will be displayed on the Function Sheets.

We advise setting the Quantity to 1 as this can be changed within the Booking and makes it easier for you to use the Event Package as each Quantity will be different.
- There is no limit to the amount of Add ons that can be added to the Events Package.

- Once all the relevant information is added, you can proceed to save your package.
