How to create a document in the document store?
Navigate the HR Automation using the menu search bar in Alkimii.
- Your default view will be the "HR Queue" screen. To create a new document you will need to navigate to "Document Store" along the top navigation bar.
- In the top right-hand corner, select "Create document"

We strongly advise that you tag all documents in the document store. These tags link with the KPIs for the compliance percentages in the dashboard.

If you restrict a contract in the document store to a property you will be unable to view it unless you are within this property on Alkimii. To check that you are within the property, select it from the dropdown list on the top right of your screen.

- You will also see at the bottom of the pop-up, "Open Builder". This is ticked by default to bring you to your document builder page. We would recommend leaving this ticked.
- Once you are happy to start building the actual document, click Save
- You will be redirected to the building page of your document, where you will be able to type, paste or upload your document content
This view will differ depending on the "Type" of document you have chosen. Please click on the document type for more information.

If you are uploading a document, please be advised that this must be in PDF format.
- You have the ability to preview the document by clicking the eye icon in the top right corner
- Once you are happy with your document, click Save
- You will have the ability to preview the document post-creation by selecting the eye icon.
- The pencil icon will allow you to edit the document.
