Keeping Track of Team Member Information with the Notes Feature
The "Notes" section in the staff profile is a powerful tool that helps you maintain a comprehensive and organised record of important team member information. This feature allows you to select from a variety of note types, including general notes, job chats, absences, disciplinary actions, training records, and more. Depending on the type of note you choose, you can add detailed text into the content body and upload any relevant files to ensure you have everything on file for each team member. From keeping track of security licences to recording return-to-work interviews or issuing uniforms, this feature helps you manage these notes in a simple and accessible way.
