Managing Employee Feedback with the Check-Ins Section
The "Check-Ins" section in the staff profile allows you to easily view and manage all check-ins that a team member has participated in. This section provides a quick overview of each check-in, showing whether feedback has been submitted and highlighting any statuses that are still pending or overdue. From here, you can swiftly jump to the Check-Ins feature within the Alkimii Employee Experience to follow up or review details. This streamlined approach ensures that you stay on top of employee feedback and engagement, promoting continuous communication and development within your team.
- Within the team members profile on the left, navigate to HR > Check Ins
- Here you will see a full list of all check ins that have been scheduled, pending and completed by this team member.
- Along the top, you will see quick filter options available. Use these dropdown menus to locate the information you are looking for.
- Beneath this, you will be able to see from a quick glance if any check ins are still pending feedback or overdue.
- The eye icon under the actions column will bring you to this check in form within the check ins feature of Alkimii. Here you can review and perform the check in as needed with the team member.
- Alternavtively, if the check in has already been completed you can review the feedback as needed.
