You can create and manage promotion pathways for employees directly within their staff profile. This feature allows you to define clear progression steps, from current roles to future positions, helping to streamline promotions and career development. By setting up customised career paths, you can ensure staff have clear goals and milestones to work towards, making career growth transparent and easily manageable.
Please be advised that you can only send a career path from within the Staff Profile. Career Paths should only be set for a future date and not the past. When you set a career path in the future it will now apply from 6am.

Creating a Career Path
- Within the staff profile, navigate to "HR" from the menu on the left.
- Select "Career Paths" from the dropdown menu. In the top right corner, select "Add Promotion".
- A pop up will prompt you to fill out the promotional information. You will notice that some of the fields have been marked with an asterisks, these are mandatory so you will not be able to save unless these fields have been filled out.
- To help streamline the process , there is a number of dropdown menus to speed up the creation process.

- Click "Save" to create this career path.
Edit/Delete a Career Path
Career Paths can still be amended or deleted prior to their start date.
- Within the career path section of the Staff Profile, locate the item you would like to edit/delete.
- Under the actions to the right of the item, you will see a pencil icon (edit). Click this option to edit the information within the pop up. Click "Save" to activate these changes.
- Simiarly, if you click on the bin icon, you will be able to delete the career path. You will have to verify that you are happy to delete this item.
