Once you have downloaded and set up the Alkimii Clock App, you will now need to put it in Kiosk Mode.
- Open "Settings" on the iPad
- In settings, use the search bar function to find "Accessiblity" and click on it.
- Scroll down and select "Guided Access"
- Switch on "Guided Access"
Please make sure that the "Accessibility shortcut" has been turned off!
- Now, select "Passcode settings"
NOTE: This passcode will be needed to enable or disable kiosk mode so please make sure you take note of this code and share with any members of your team who may also need this access.
- Select "Set Guided Access Passcode"
- You will be prompted to set a 6 digit passcode, this will need to be entered everytime you enable/disable guided access.
- Now you will need to config the guided access
- Navigate to the Alkimii Clock App on the iPad
- You will need to triple click the "Home" button on the iPad until this view appears
- Click the "Start" button in the top right corner
- You will be prompted to enter the"Guide Access Passcode" that you have just set up.
- This will hold Alkimii (as a the single app) on the iPad.
Please note you will need to enter the passcode again to remove/disable kiosk mode
