Adding your Budget
- Using the menu, navigate to "Budget Monthly" or "Budget Weekly" depending on the option you choose during your initial configuration.
👉 This can be changed if you wish to amend it, however, we would usually recommend a monthly budget for ease of reporting.
You can add your budget in one of two ways:
- Import a completed spreadsheet (recommened if you want to add your full budget in one go)
- Enter figures manually, month by month or week by week
Importing Your Budget
This works the same way as the Forecast and Actuals pages, so if you've used import there before, this will feel familiar.
- Click "Export"
- Select the year range you want to add a budget for
- Open the file that downloads and fill in your budget figures for revenue, covers, rooms sold, number of sleepers and so on, per department
- Save the completed file once you're finished
- Click "Import" and upload your saved file
Once imported, your figures will appear automatically in the relevant months or weeks, ready for you to review.
Budget Monthly
Within the budget monthly view, you will see a list of months for the current year.
- You will be able to enter the monthly budget for revenue, covers, rooms sold, number of sleepers and so on, per department for your site
- Click "Save Department" in the bottom right once you are satisfied with your entry

Budget Weekly
Within the budget weekly view, you will see a list of weeks for the current year.
- Your default view will fall on this current week
- The breakdown of weeks falls over a 14-week period
- You will be able to enter the weekly budget for revenue, covers, rooms sold, number of sleepers and so on, per department for your site
- Click "Save Department" in the bottom right once you are satisfied with your entry
