Re-enrolling a Team Member on the Clock

This article will cover how to re-enrol a team member onto the clock. You will need Clock Supervisor access to do this. You may need to do this when an employee has left and returned or if someone is having trouble with clocking in.

 

Before trying to re-enrol a user, contact Alkimii at hello@alkimii.com and request to have any current biometrics for the employee cleared to ensure there is no difficulty with enrolling.  

 
  • Team

  • Staff → Staff Profile 
    Staff Profile
  • Select the employee from the Staff Profiles List whom you wish to re-enrol.
  • Navigate to the employment details section on the left-hand panel

  • Take note of the Badge ID for the required employee
    • Ensure the status is 'Active'
  • If the status is 'Inactive', contact Alkimii to reactivate the badge.
  • On the clock click Manager FunctionsManagerFunctionsClock
  • Use your own biometric to authenticate
    BadgetoEnroll
  • Type in the employee's Badge ID and press Enter
    • Ensure the employee has a clean and dry fingerprint
  • Follow the instructions on the clock to capture the biometrics from their non-dominant hand

Some users may have difficulty with clocking in if they are working with water or chemicals.  We recommend re-enrolling them using their non-dominant hand.

 

We recommend trying to get a score of above 80.  Anything less than this could cause an issue with clocking in and out.

 

Some users may need their verification level reduced, in this case they will need to verify their fingerprint using their badge number.
