How to update Bank Details in Staff Profile

This article will help HR Managers with updating an employee's bank details in the staff profile.

  • Navigate to the Staff Profile using the Mega Menu.

  • Locate and select the employee from the list of profiles

  • Navigate to Bank Details on the left-hand panel

  • Employee bank details are password-protected

  • Select 'Unlock Access with your Password' and enter your password and click  Submit
  • Once unlocked you will be able to input the employee's bank details

Be careful when updating bank details that they are correct

  • Once you have updated the employee click save

Always double-check bank details when manually updating

Make sure to notify your payroll team of any updates to bank details
