How to Tier a Roster in People?

This article will guide you through the process of tiering your employees in your Roster.

  • Navigate to the Staff Profile using the Menu

  • Click on the applicable employee

  • Navigate to Employment Details 
  • Scroll down to "Roster" 
    • Tier Level
    • Select a number from the list 
    • Save

We would advise leaving a gap between the number selected to account for future hires. For example, if you have set the Head Chef as 1, set the next employee at 4. 

If you assign more than one person to the same tier level, they will all be listed in alphabetical order.
