Alkimii will provide you with a default competency scale to be used when evaluating how your employees are performing.
If you wish to modify the scale to better suit your company's core competencies, you can do so. However, the scale will be used in all check-ins.
Please be advised to ensure you are getting the most accurate feedback in your check-ins, we only allow 4 options to be chosen to avoid ambiguity.
- Within the mega menu, select "App Settings"
- Along the left, scroll down to "People"
- Click on "Check-Ins"
- From the drop-down, select "Competency Scale"
- Here you will see a list of the default "competency scale"
- On the far right, you will see the "Actions" column
- To modify a scale, click on the pencil icon which will appear under the action column
- A pop-up will appear where you can modify the text and description of the scale
- Click Save
- This will now update and appear in all check-ins created
