How to edit the Competency Scale? 

Alkimii will provide you with a default competency scale to be used when evaluating how your employees are performing.  If you wish to modify the scale to better suit your company's core competencies, you can do so. However, the scale will be used in all check-ins. 

• Navigate to the "App Settings" from the menu and scroll down to People > Check Ins

From the drop-down, select "Competency Scale"
Here you will see a list of the default "competency scale"  These are set up at organisation level and can be amended to suit your business needs.
On the far right, you will see the "Actions" column. To modify a scale, click on the pencil icon which will appear under the action column
A pop-up will appear where you can modify the text and description of the scale

• Click Save to enable this change. This will now update and appear in all check-ins created moving forward.
