How to reorder (tier) department and employee in the Week Roster? (v2)

Customising the Order of Departments and Employees in Your Week Roster View

Within the week roster, you can personalise your view of the roster. This involves reordering (tiering) employees and departments based on your preference. 

Any changes you make to the order of departments or employees in the Week Roster view will not impact the tier level set in the employee’s Staff Profile, as this is a personalised view for your convenience.

 

Reorder/Tier Departments within the Week Roster 

  • Within the week roster view, navigate to "Actions" on the right and select "Reorder departments" 
  • Drag and drop the departments into the order you wish to view them in.
  • This is a personalised view and will only display for you in this order.

  • You can also reorder the employees within the department by clicking on the blue arrow to the rights of the deparments name in this list view. This is accesible by hovering over the area.

Reorder/Tier Employees within the Week Roster 

    • Within the week roster view, along the left hand side you will see two arrows beside a department name, click on this. 

    • The list of employees that sit within this department will be listed. Again you can drag and drop to adjust order.
