In the vibrant world of workplace connections, marking occasions and celebrating milestones for your employees becomes a significant part of fostering a positive and appreciative environment. This article is tailored to empower users with step-by-step instructions on how to effortlessly create moments on your mobile app, ensuring that each occasion is etched in special memories for your team.

  • Launch the Alkimii App
  • If you have already set up your favourite tools, you can select "Moments" from your favourites.

      • Alternatively, navigate to "More" on the bottom right of the navigation bar. From your Alkimii tools, click Moments"

  • Your default view will display the moments in order of the date in which they fall (consecutive order) 
  • To create a new Moment, select "Add a Moment" at the bottom of the screen. 
  • This will direct you to the building page. Here you can customise the moments you would like to create for the employee.
  • Enter a Title for the moment, this can be specific to the occasion and the date it falls due.

  • Select how frequently you would like the moment to occur, for example Birthday - One Year 

  • Choose the type of moment from the dropdown menu of options 
  • Select the employee relating to the moment from the dropdown menu. Please be advised if you have access to a number of different sites, you will need to be within the correct site before creating the moment.

  • You can customise the body of text that you would like to populate each time the moment occurs. This body of text can be shared via newsfeed or within a chat message, on the day.

  • Once you are happy with your entry, click "Create Moment".
