How to create a moment?

This article will show you how to create a moment in Alkimii for your employee to keep track of their personal and professional events.

Please be advised that Alkimii will auto-populate Birthday and Work Anniversaries using the information provided in the staff profiles. You can opt the employee out of this auto-population by unticking the checkbox within their personal details in the staff profile.

Any other moments can be manually added as you see fit. 

  • Using the search bar on the mega menu, navigate to Profiles 

  • Click "Add a moment" in the top right-hand corner
    • Enter a title 
    • Select the relevant employee from the drop-down list
    • Select the date the moment occurs on
    • Select the type of moment from the drop-down list

    • Select the frequency of the moment
    • Add any additional notes, if applicable

    • Save
