How to create a moment?
This article will show you how to create a moment in Alkimii for your employee to keep track of their personal and professional events.
Please be advised that Alkimii will auto-populate Birthday and Work Anniversaries using the information provided in the staff profiles. You can opt the employee out of this auto-population by unticking the checkbox within their personal details in the staff profile.
Any other moments can be manually added as you see fit.
- Using the search bar on the mega menu, navigate to Profiles
- Click "Add a moment" in the top right-hand corner
- Enter a title
- Select the relevant employee from the drop-down list
- Select the date the moment occurs on
- Select the type of moment from the drop-down list

- Select the frequency of the moment
- Add any additional notes, if applicable
