How to create or edit a Moment on Desktop?

Alkimii Moments: This article will show you how to create and edit a moment in Alkimii for your employee to keep track of their personal and professional events.

⚠️ Please be advised that Alkimii will auto-populate Birthday and Work Anniversaries using the information provided in the staff profiles. You can opt the employee out of this auto-population by unticking the checkbox within their personal details in the staff profile. 

 

  • Using the search bar on the menu, navigate to Moments.
  • Click "Add a moment" in the top right-hand corner,a pop up window will prompt you to build your moment.
  • Enter a title 
  • Select the relevant employee from the drop-down list
  • Select the date the moment occurs on
  • Select the type of moment from the drop-down list

  • Select the frequency of the moment
  • Add any additional notes, if applicable
  • Save 



There may be times when you need to make changes to an existing moment. Here’s how you can easily update moment details within the system.

  • In the moments page, locate the moment either using the filter options or the quick search bar along the top banner. 
  • Once located, click on "edit moment" in the moment window. 
  • In this window, you can adjust the date, moment type or text that will be autopoulated when you share in the news or via message.
