How to change your default view on Alkimii Events?

This Alkimii Article will show you how to change your default view on Alkimii Events pages. 

  • The Availabilies calendar will always default to show your Tentative, Confirmed and Provisional bookings.
  • If you would like additional statuses to appear on the Availabilies calendar you can click on the status on the left-hand side or use the filter option for "status" along the top banner. 

NOTE: Once you update the default view in the Events Calendar, this will not mirror through to the Availabilities calendar.

You can customise your view to however you would like in: 

  1. Events
  2. Events Calendar
  3. Availabilities 
  4. Events Table

For example, lets look at updating the default view on the Events Calendar. 

The Events calendar will always default to show Tentative, Provisional and Confirmed bookings. 

  • To Customise your view, to only show the statuses you wish to see on your calendar simply select the from the panel on the left below the calendar view or use the "Status" drop down menu along the top. 

  • Once selected, you save this as your new default view click on the "heart" icon (♥) to the right of the top banner. 

  • A confirmation message will appear to confirm you have set a new default view.
