Pay Floor History
Pay Floor History gives you a log of all bulk updates that have been made using the Raise Pay Floor feature. This is useful if you want to check what rate changes have been applied across a group of employees and when.
How to access Pay Floor History
- Navigate to the Pay Rates screen.
- Click the Actions button.
- Select View Pay Floor History.
You will see a log of all previous bulk updates, including the date the change was made, the rate applied, and who made the change.
Reverting a bulk pay floor change
If a bulk update was applied in error, you can roll it back from here.
- Find the relevant entry in the Pay Floor History log.
- Select Revert.
- Confirm when prompted.
⚠️ Please note: You will only see the Revert option if you have the correct permission. If it is not visible, contact your system administrator.
Individual Employee Pay Rate History
Each employee has their own pay rate history, giving you a log of all changes made to their individual rates. This is particularly useful when backdating a pay rate, as it lets you check what rates have previously been applied before making any changes.
How to access an individual employee's pay rate history

You will see a full log of all previous pay rate changes for that employee, including the rate applied, the effective date, and who made the change.
Reverting an individual pay rate change
If a change was made in error for an individual employee, you can revert it directly from their history.
- Click the three dots (···) on the employee's row.
- Select Revert Change.
- Confirm when prompted.
