- Launch "Settings" on your mobile device
- Within the settings, locate the search bar or search bar icon and click on it.

- Type "Software" into the search bar. Depending on your device you will either need to select software information if you are using an Android device or software update if you are using an iOS device.

On Android, you may need to select "Software Information" again from the list provided within the "About This Phone" screen.
- You will see the software version your device is operating on. Make sure that you are operating on the latest version. If you are not on the latest version, please install the latest update on your device.
