The Change Balance section in staff profiles is a powerful tool for quickly adjusting balances without the need to navigate through individual profiles. Whether you’re adding manual hours, updating holiday entitlements, or correcting balances for multiple team members, this streamlined feature lets you make changes all in one place. With its user-friendly interface, it’s designed to save time and keep your records accurate, helping you stay on top of your team's scheduling and payroll needs.
- Using the mega menu, navigate to Staff Profiles
- First, select "Change balances" from the headers along the top.
- Within this view, you will see a full list of all employees within your site. Beside each name will have a list of their open, modifier and balance for Holidays, Public (bank) Holidays and Time in Lieu (TOIL).
- To adjust any of the opening balances, click on the pencil icon either on the open or balance column and manually enter the correct figure.
- You will see a "Save" icon appear under the actions column when an adjustment has been entered. You do not have to click this immediately, you can move along down through employees, as the icon will remain fixed until you choose to save your entry.
- Once satisified that everything have been adjusted, click this to save your entry.
- The "modifier" column will now automatically update to reflect the adjust you have made.
