How to create Event Terms?

If you have Event Terms and Conditions, you can add them here, if there is different T&C's for different kinds of events you can add them here.

 

  • Navigate to the App Settings using the menu search bar. 
  • From here, either scroll down to "Events >Terms" or use the search bar at the top to search for "Terms".
  • Here you will see a list of all Event Terms set up for your site. They will be linked to a prospect type. 

You can create different Terms and Conditions for different Event Types or set generic terms for all Events. 

  • In the top right, click "Add Term"
  • A pop-up will prompt you to enter the Term details. 
  • Choose the prospect type from the options in the dropdown menu, if applicable. 
  • If there is no Prospect Type, this field can be left blank for generic Terms and Conditions to appear across all documents.

  • Add your content into the free text box below. You can copy and paste from your existing documents or type it out and use the formatting tools to adjust accordingly. 
  • Once you are happy with the entry click Save to create it.
