HOD Dashboard

The HOD Dashboard is designed to help departmental managers in the hospitality industry manage their teams and operations more effectively, offering real-time insights and detailed metrics.

• Using the menu, navigate to "HOD Dashboard" 
• This dashboard provides high-level insights, allowing you to track payroll costs against revenues to understand the financial impact of your decisions.
• Your default view will be set to the Week view for All Departments you have access to.
• The banner along the top of the page will allow you to filter by Day, Week, Month to Date (MTD) or Month periods. 
• In the top left, you can use the calendar function to seamlessly switch between different weeks and track trends over time.
• In the top right you can print the page view. 

Metrics Breakdown 

Lates and Absences Monitor staff punctuality and attendance in real-time. You can export this data into a csv file.
Days Signed Off for Payroll Ensure the overall daily sign off has been actioned for all shifts for the week. This ensures accurate payroll processing.
Clocked to Shift Data Automatically track timekeeping for staff members who are clocked in and out.
Unlinked Punches Identify clock-ins and outs that are not linked to a shift and assign them to complete the payroll sign-off.
Pay Percentage and Hours Compare payroll costs to total revenue and assess staffing efficiency from highlighted variances of forecasted vs actual hours worked
Cost per Room and Revenue Analyse financial performance to maximise departmental profitability.

Forecast, Actuals, and Variance Breakdown

Access detailed reports showing forecast, actuals, and variance borken out into Revenue, Payroll Hours and Pay % to better understand your department's performance.
