In the profile card of the staff profile you can easily manage internal transfers and update employment details to ensure your records are up-to-date and accurate.
In order to set an employee as a leaver for an internal transfer, you will need to have access to both the original property and the new property.
- Click on the 3 vertical dots on the top right of the profile card. From the dropdown menu, select "Set as a Leaver"
- The pop up will prompt you to enter the leaver details.
- Add the End date for when the team member will be moving sites with your organisation.

- If this was planned, you can leave the checkbox in the bottom left ticked.
If the internal transfer is from an Irish property to a UK property, any existing bank holiday balances will need to be removed before completing the transfer.
- Once you are happy with the entry, click "Transfer". This will now generate the new profile in the selected site.
- You can begin adding any of the new information to the employees profile.
- Next, you will need to re-invite the employee to the app. Along the top navigation bar, click "MyAlkimii Invitations"
- This will bring you to a list of all staff in the site. Search for your employee using the search bar.
- Select "Invite/ Reinvite" to send the employee an automated message to access the site within their Alkimii App.
- You will receive a notification if the re-invitation has been successful.
