Clearing Cache for the Mobile App (Android Only)

If you are experiencing issues with your mobile App, we would advise clearing out your Cache as our first port of call. This article will step you through the process of clearing your cache.

  • Within your mobile device, navigate to your phone's "Settings"

  • In the search bar on the top right of your settings screen, search "Alkimii"
 
  • Click on this 

  • Scroll down to "Usage" and select "Storage" 

  • Along the bottom, there are two options available to you, please select "Clear Cache" 

  • Once your cache has been cleared, please try to replicate the process you were trying to complete. This should now work for you.
