Navigating Alkimii Insights

Depending on your access level and subscription in Alkimii, you will see a combination of the following reports. 

• Time & Attendance 
• People 
• Finance 
• CSRD
• Benchmark 

Navigation & Filters 

Easily set any report as a favourite in your Insights Dashboard by clicking the star icon in the bottom right corner. Your favourited reports will become your default view every time you open Insights, giving you quick access to the information that matters most.

• To open a report, click on it.  Inside the report, you can switch through the various tabs of information by clicking on them. 
• Just below the tabs, you’ll find filter options that let you tailor the data displayed in your report. Simply click on a filter and choose the desired criteria from the drop-down menus. Any filters you apply will remain in place across all tabs within that report.

Data Visualisations

• The reports will display a range of visualisations, including bar charts, pie charts, demographics, percentages and tables. If you wish to sort the tables into a specific view, click on the column title and sort accordingly. 

You can expand any of the visualisations to full screen by clicking on the expander icon to the right of the data card.
If you wish to export any of the information, click on the three vertical dots to the right of the data card.

• You can also generate the full report into a PDF by selecting the "Export" icon in the very top right of the screen should you need it for your team or board meetings.
