Adding Widgets to Your Home Page
Customising Your Alkimii Home using our range of widgets
Alkimii Home is your personalised hub designed for the rhythm of hotel operations, bringing everything you need for productive work into one intuitive space. Tailor your workspace by adding widgets to your home screen, allowing instant access to the insights and functions that matter most, so you can work smarter, right from the start.
How to add a widget?
By default, your home screen displays the time and date, the Help Centre, and the latest Alkimii updates in the "What's New" tile.
To enable a widget on your home page, click on "Configure" to view the widget menu.
- Depending on your Alkimii package and role, you may see any of the following:
- Roster: Absent shifts, Duty managers, Executive managers, Fire wardens and First aiders
- Insights: Age split, Compliance, Contract type split, Employees, Gender split
- Property: Checklists, *Checklist Names & Progress, Incidents, Visitors, Maintenance Tasks and Maintenance Health Score.
- People: Evac List, Moments, Pending Approval
- Misc: Weather, News

- Select the widget you want to add to your home screen. Once selected, a check mark will appear beside it, and the widget will be instantly visible on your home screen.

Each widget offers additional actions tailored to its function:

Checklists: Filter by date range or export data as CSV.
- Visitors: Export to CSV.

Employee Lists & News: Use the arrows to easily browse through all employee names.

All Widgets: Click the tile to go directly to the corresponding page within Alkimii.

- There’s no limit to how many widgets you can display on your home screen. To remove a widget, simply open the widget menu and deselect it from the list.
💡 Top Tip: You can rearrange the widget using drag and drop functionality.
