This provides a list of the most frequently asked questions on the Alkimii Academy.

  • What is the Academy, and who is it for?

The Alkimii Academy is an online learning platform designed for all users of the Alkimii system. It has been created to host courses that assist users in getting the most out of the system, whether you’re a new starter looking for a guided onboarding experience or an experienced user wanting to enhance your skills.

The Academy provides step-by-step lessons, video tutorials, and interactive quizzes, ensuring you can confidently navigate and utilise Alkimii’s features to streamline your daily tasks.

  • How do I access the Academy?

You will either receive an email invitation to access the Academy or be sent a form to set up your account. Once registered, you can log in and begin exploring the available courses.

  • Is the Academy free to use, or do I need a subscription?

The Alkimii Academy is completely free for all Alkimii users and does not require a subscription. It has been designed to provide you with the training and resources needed to make the most of the system at no additional cost.

  • What kind of courses are available in the Academy?

Currently, the courses are tailored for users of the desktop and mobile versions of Alkimii, providing structured training to help you navigate and maximise the system’s features. However, we are actively expanding our resources to include comprehensive support for all areas of Alkimii, ensuring you have access to the training you need, regardless of how you use the platform.

  • I’ve been assigned a course—where do I find it?

To locate your assigned course, go to the Academy dashboard and navigate to the "Courses" tab. At the top of this section, you will see "Assigned Courses," which lists any courses you have been enrolled in and need to complete. Simply click on the course to begin your training.

  • Will I receive a certificate upon completing a course?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion for each course. To earn your certificate, you will need to successfully complete the final exam with a passing grade of 70% or higher. This serves as proof of your achievement and can be used to demonstrate your knowledge of the Alkimii system. These can also be downloaded and shared online. 

  • How can I provide feedback on a course?

At the end of each course, a feedback survey should pop up, allowing you to share your thoughts on the course content and experience. If you have any additional feedback or suggestions, you can also email academy@alkimii.com at any time. Your input helps us improve and tailor the Academy to better support you!

  • Are there different courses based on job roles?

Not at this time, but this is something we are actively working on as part of the Academy roadmap. Future updates will include courses for different job roles, ensuring you get the most relevant training for your position. Stay tuned for updates!

  • Will I be notified when new courses are available? 

Yes! Once a month, we will announce the courses added to the Alkimii Academy through the Alkimii Announcements feature, just like all other system updates. Be sure to check this regularly so you don’t miss out on new learning opportunities!
